Refer a client. Stay in the loop.

We work alongside the therapists, doctors, psychiatrists and attorneys who are already supporting the person you refer, and we keep you updated from first call through aftercare.

Send a referral. We’ll coordinate the next steps.

Share the basics below and attach any supporting document. Our team reviews your referral and coordinates the assessment, insurance check and next steps for you, keeping you informed along the way.

Documents are stored securely and only shared with the clinical team.

You are not handing this person off.

A referral should add support, not close the loop on yours. Here is how we work with each of the professionals who send people to us.

Therapists and counselors

You know the history. We build on it rather than starting the story over, and your client keeps seeing you while they are with us.

Psychiatrists and prescribers

Medication management happens in the open. We share what we notice in sessions and coordinate with whoever prescribes.

Primary care and family doctors

Physical health shapes recovery. With releases in place, we keep your physician updated on what is relevant to them.

Attorneys and legal advocates

Clear documentation, realistic timelines and honest updates, so nothing about a client’s progress is a surprise.

Case managers and care coordinators

One point of contact for the handoff, coverage questions and scheduling, so a referral does not sit in a voicemail queue.

Recovery coaches and peer specialists

We make room for the relationships that are already working instead of replacing them.

Five steps, one contact.

No portal to learn and no faxing records into a black hole. You can call, and a clinician will pick the conversation up from there.

  1. 01

Send the referral, or just ask a question

Call us or use the contact page. A short description of what you are seeing is enough to begin; no intake forms required to start the conversation.

  2. 02

    A clinician reviews it

Someone from the clinical team reads the details and calls you back with a plain view of whether addiction PHP or IOP or mental health IOP fits, or whether a higher level of care is the safer answer.

  3. 03

    Assessment with your client

Your client meets our team for a full assessment covering substance use, mental health, medical history, work, family and what has already been tried.

  4. 04

    Releases and a shared plan

With signed releases, we agree on how you want to hear from us, how often, and what should be flagged early rather than at the end.

  5. 05

    Treatment, updates and step-down

You receive regular updates while treatment is under way. As your client stabilizes, we plan step-down and aftercare together instead of at the last minute.

What we share, and what we don’t.

What helps us move fast

  • A short clinical summary
  • Current medications and prescriber
  • Insurance carrier and member ID
  • What has already been tried

What you get from us

  • A clinician as your contact
  • Confirmation of the level of care
  • Regular progress updates
  • Early notice if something shifts

What stays protected

  • Signed releases before we share anything
  • Only what your client has agreed to
  • Records handled securely
  • No update to you without permission

What we can offer

Levels of care for the person you refer.

Two programs at two Media addresses, addiction and mental health, with co-occurring care available at both and virtual sessions across Pennsylvania.

Questions we get asked most

Can I stay involved in my client’s treatment?

Yes, with a signed release. Referring therapists and prescribers stay in contact with our team throughout treatment, and many clients continue with us while they keep seeing you.

What if outpatient care is not the right starting point?

We will tell you plainly. If someone needs detox, residential or psychiatric stabilization first, we help coordinate that placement and follow up, rather than leaving the handoff to the family.

How does insurance get handled?

Our admissions team checks coverage before treatment begins, so the client hears what their plan covers from us rather than finding out at the first session.

How soon can you see someone?

Call and ask. We would rather tell you how soon an assessment can actually happen than give a rough guess you are planning around.

We work with your team

Your therapist, psychiatrist, primary care doctor or attorney stays part of the plan, with your client’s written permission.

A clinician answers

Questions go to a member of the clinical team, not a call center, before treatment and while it is under way.

Updates as treatment moves

You hear how things are going along the way, so you are never working from last month’s picture.

Tell us what you’re seeing.

A short call is usually enough to work out whether we are the right fit, and what the next step should be.

If someone you refer is in immediate danger, call 911. For crisis support, call or text 988.

A conversation can change everything.

Let’s find the right next step. For you, or someone you love.
