The people you will actually work with.

Recovery is personal work, and it succeeds or stalls based on who is in the room with you. At R&D Centers you get a small team of licensed counselors, addiction specialists, case managers and prescribers who stay with you from the first phone call through the months after treatment.

You will know who is responsible for each part of your care.

Treatment works best when nothing falls between people. Here is who does what, from the first conversation onward.

  • The person who takes your first call

Admissions is not a call center. The same person who answers your call, checks your benefits and schedules your assessment stays reachable, so you are not telling your story to a new voice every time you phone.

  • Your primary therapist

One clinician works with you week to week across individual and group sessions. They know what you have already tried, what has helped, and what you are actually working toward.

  • A case manager for the practical side

Appointments, paperwork, insurance questions, letters for work or school, and coordination with other providers. Someone carries that list while you concentrate on treatment.

  • Medication support when it fits

Our team looks at how medication fits into your plan and coordinates with your prescriber, covering psychiatric medication management and, where appropriate, medication for substance use.

  • Family support

Addiction and mental health challenges land on the whole household. Family sessions and education help the people around you understand what is happening and how to stay helpful.

How our team works

Three things we hold ourselves to.

Small team, real continuity

You will not rotate through a queue of strangers. Your therapist and case manager stay with you from assessment through aftercare planning, and they know your history well enough to notice when something shifts.

Two programs, one standard of care

Our mental health and addiction programs run as separate tracks at separate addresses, with co-occurring care at both. The team behind them shares one approach: assess honestly, treat the whole person, and say plainly when a higher level of care would serve you better.

Care that does not stop at discharge

Before your last session we line up what comes next: stepping down from PHP to IOP, continuing outpatient support, and the people who stay in the loop. Recovery is measured in months, not in the day a program ends.

What you can ask us about.

Choosing a program means asking questions. These are the honest answers we would rather you hear before you decide.

Licensed in Pennsylvania

Our clinicians hold Pennsylvania licenses and certifications, including licensed professional counselors and certified alcohol and drug counselors (CAADC).

Master’s-level clinicians

Our therapy work is led by clinicians with graduate degrees in counseling and clinical psychology, with experience in residential, inpatient and outpatient settings.

Care coordination

With your permission we stay in touch with your outside therapist, psychiatrist or physician so everyone is working from the same picture.

Straight answers

We will tell you which program fits, which does not, and what the practical steps look like before you commit to anything.
