Evidence-based therapy
CBT, ACT and mindfulness-based work to untangle the thought patterns that keep depression going and build habits that lift it.
Conditions we treat · Depression
Depression is not sadness you can think your way out of. It can make getting out of bed feel like a full day’s work. If you have been pushing through for months and it is not lifting, more support can help, and it does not have to mean putting your life on hold.

Depression is one of the most treatable mental health conditions. The right mix of therapy, structure and, when it fits, medication helps most people feel like themselves again.
When weekly therapy is not enough
An hour a week can be too little when depression is affecting work, school or relationships. Our mental health IOP gives you structured care each week while you sleep at home.

How we treat depression
CBT, ACT and mindfulness-based work to untangle the thought patterns that keep depression going and build habits that lift it.
Small groups where you realize you are not the only one, practice new skills and get honest feedback from people who understand.
Evaluation and follow-up with a prescriber, so medication is adjusted thoughtfully rather than guessed at.
Depression changes how a household works. Family sessions help loved ones understand what you are facing and how to help.
Support that meets you where you are
Mental Health IOP, with room for the life you’re building.
Meaningful progress, alongside everyday life. Focused treatment that supports recovery while you stay connected to your responsibilities.
Care for
Depression and substance use
Alcohol and other substances can numb depression for a night and deepen it for weeks. If both are part of your story, we treat them together in one plan, at either of our Media locations.
Before you call
No. Many people come to us when therapy alone is not moving things fast enough. You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from more structure.
Not necessarily. Medication is one option, and decisions are made with you. Plenty of people improve with therapy and structure alone.
Discuss your work or school responsibilities and the current mental health IOP schedule with admissions. If you need more intensive support, our team can help coordinate a referral.
If you are thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 now, or call 911 in an emergency.
