Conditions we treat · Cocaine
Cocaine and other stimulants tend to grab life by the throttle: longer nights, bigger plans, faster talk, then a crash that makes everything feel gray. If use has been creeping up, or the crashes have been getting worse, structured outpatient care can help you find your footing again.

What stimulant treatment looks like
Treatment for cocaine and other stimulants centers on therapy, honest relapse-prevention work and steady structure. The first weeks are about sleep and mood. The work after that is about staying grounded when cravings hit.
Call Now (484) 779-18161. We stabilize sleep and mood first
The crash after heavy use is real. Early sessions focus on rest, food and steadying your mood so you can think clearly again.
2. We build relapse-prevention skills
CBT-based work to map your triggers, plan for high-risk moments and practice what to do when cravings arrive.
3. We connect care that lasts
Case management, group support and aftercare planning, so you leave treatment with a plan rather than a cliff.
Support that meets you where you are
Stimulant recovery runs on structure: regular sleep, regular meals, regular honest conversation. Two levels of outpatient care help you build that structure.

What treatment looks like
Recovery from stimulants is about rhythm more than willpower. Here is what a week of building that rhythm involves.
Practical, evidence-based work on the thought patterns that keep stimulant use going, and rehearsed plans for the moments that test them.
Small groups where stimulant use can be discussed honestly, with feedback from people who have been where you are.
Evaluation and medication management for the anxiety, depression and sleep problems that often ride along with stimulant use.
Stimulant use strains trust fast. Family sessions help repair relationships and make home part of the plan, not part of the problem.
Cocaine and mental health
Anxiety, depression and trauma often sit underneath stimulant use, and the crash makes every one of them louder. We treat substance use and mental health together, in one plan, at either of our Media locations.
Before you call
There is no medication approved specifically for cocaine or stimulant addiction, so therapy and structure do the heavy lifting. If anxiety, depression or sleep problems are part of the picture, we treat those alongside your recovery.
No. If cocaine is taking more than you want to give, that is reason enough to call. Earlier help usually means an easier road back.
The first one to two weeks can be rough: low mood, exhaustion and strong cravings. Structure helps enormously in that window, which is exactly what these programs provide.
If alcohol, marijuana or other drugs are part of the picture, we treat the whole pattern, not one piece of it.
It depends on you. Your care team builds a schedule around your needs and adjusts it as you make progress. Some people step down from PHP to IOP as they stabilize.
